I am a great caregiver because i grew up in a family with 8 children, & I have been babysitting for 16 years and the last 7 spent learning to care for special needs children. I am reliable, energetic, patient and kind. I can provide your children (child) with developmentally appropriate experiences. I’m great with helping with school work, and doing creative projects and activities for fun and education. I’ll teach them solid communication skills and how to correctly manage their emotions. I am proactive when it comes to discipline, and safety. Meeting the children’s needs are top priority to me.I am flexible and my availability is open.

I have been babysitting, and working with children since I was 15years old.
I have one niece & three nephews with autism one that also has cerebral palsy and I have worked very closely with all four children. Because of that I have experience with children with a variety of different disabilities. I have experience in early childhood education and early development.
Along with that I have Common sense, Punctuality, & Patience. I’m Flexible and can multitask well, but at the same time am aware of situations that need my full attention when needed. I have great Communication Skills, have a Proactive Nature and I’m reliable and trustworthy!
