I do not have any children of my own, but did help raise 3 stepchildren. I also have a 2 year old niece and 4 year old nephew that I help out with. The second I held my nephew when he was born, I did not know my heart could hold so much love for such a small blessing in my arms. Had the same feeling all over again when my niece was born.
Kids seem to gravitate towards me. I can make even the simplest of tasks fun for them, especially when it comes to learning. Their minds can be so refreshing and make us, adults, think some times.
I may not have all the creditanials or certifications, but I know kids. I raised my little brother from the time he was 8 till he graduated high school, and he now has a PhD in rhetoric writing, I must be doing some thing right 😊
