Profile I have been doing childcare for most of my life. I started as a nanny in 1985 for a local family. I worked for two years as a nanny in Arlington Virginia from 1985 to1987. After I returned from Arlington I worked in a daycare center while attended University. I got married in 1990 and began doing childcare while my husband attended his doctoral program in Virginia. I continued doing childcare until 2010 when I returned to university to finish my education. During all of my childcare years, I also raised 6 of my own children. The last one will graduate in 2022. I have 3 children that are or have been in the service of their country. I have another 3 that are good and viable members of their communities. I am very proud of all of them. They have grown into responsible kind adults.
Several workshops in health, education, and welfare while I was licensed as a childcare worker in the state of Idaho. I also have a BA in communication and BS in workplace training and leadership. I am also a certified life coach.
