With proven experience and growth in personal development supported by a degree in Social Work, I am readily prepared for a career in empowering people to reach their personal goals and needs. While serving and climbing the chain of command in the Army for 6 years, I accomplished measurable results leading a diverse team of 5 soldiers, managing assets valued at extreme expense, while earning commendable awards and exceeding expectations of senior leadership. Since then, I have been able to exercise my passion working with children from all sorts of backgrounds.

I had worked for The Baby Fold for three years, until recently, when I went full time with Synergy. My time at The Baby Fold was rewarding working with foster children, children with emotional needs along with working with a wide range of children on all levels of the spectrum. I already knew my passion was working with children, but in my time working for the Challenges department, my heart literally filled with more joy and love than I could ever think.

I have come to love working for Synergy. My job is amazing. I get to help those in need and build beautiful relationships.
