Hi! Im Lexiie. I am 23 years old and have a love and passion for child care. Since I was 16 years old, I got my start with babysitting for different families on the military base I lived on at the time. I baby sat ages from 10mo- 12yrs old. Then I coached a step/dabce club for my old elementary school for 4th & 5th graders. I then babysat when I could during college and got my AA in Liberal Arts. I moved on to work for a homecare company in 2020 working with children with special needs (ages 12 & 13) during their school hours. Helping with class work and with managing behaviors or challenges they may have during school. Finally, in 2021 I got certified and became an RBT (registrated behavioral technician) working with autistic children. And currently still an RBT. I have worked with ages 2-17 so far in this field. I love every bit of my experiences and it extra rewarding to make a positive impact on a child.
