During my college education, one of the most fruitful experiences I had was acting as recruitment chair of my sorority (ADPI) during which I curated and led workshops of over 300 college age women.
I had the privilege of attending workshops focused on women empowerment and team building while in college. I currently care for my nieces, nephews (1.5, 5 and 7) and half siblings while in college (both under 10 y/o). I love any opportunity I have to be a positive external role for a child, whether that be encouraging their development in school, hobbies, or fostering a healthy perspective of their place in this world through constructive dialogue and practicing responsibility and self discipline.
