Doreen B.
I have a combined total of 15 years working with children of various ages and many different roles. This includes a live-in and live-out nanny for over 8 years, an overnight summer camp counselor, an internship completed at John Hopkins Hospital implementing play therapy, and training as an infant and toddler developmental specialist. I received my Bachelors degree from Southeastern University with courses in child psychology and development. I specialize in working with infants and enjoy taking children on walks, adhering to a schedule including consistent naps, meal times, reading for learning, arts and crafts, imaginative okay, independent play, time spent at the park and just being silly and having a great time while keeping them safe and contributing to their learning and overall development. I offer additional services including children’s laundry, unloading the dishwasher, organizing and sterilizing toys, and anything pertaining to the child. I am very patient, calm, nurturing, professional and have various extensive references. I love being a nanny the most out of all the roles I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing.
