Hi families! My name is Kaitlyn and I have over 8 years of experience in childcare! I started my journey as a nanny for a 6 week old little boy and I nannied him until he was around 2 years old. I then started my daycare journey and worked there for over three years in the infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms and even became the lead toddler teacher. I have been doing behavioral therapy with kids with autism for over three years now and I’m ready to go back where my heart resides in nannying!
