Kelley R.
I would be a great nanny because I bring a balance of warmth, structure, and thoughtful care into the home. With my background working closely with infants and young children, I understand how important it is to create a safe, calm environment where children feel secure and supported as they grow. I am attentive to developmental needs, patient during transitions, and intentional about building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents. My goal is always to provide consistent, nurturing care that helps families feel confident and supported every day.
I have a background in early childhood education and professional classroom experience, including my role as a Lead Infant Teacher. I am CPR and First Aid certified and trained in safe sleep practices, with hands-on experience supporting infant development, feeding routines, and early learning. I also studied Fine Art with a minor in Education, which influences my creative, hands-on approach to activities and play. I am currently continuing my education as I work toward my postpartum doula certification to further support families during the early stages of parenthood.
