I've had the pleasure of being a full-time nanny for the past 3 years, and am eternally grateful for all the joy, excitement, and challenges that childcare brings. I believe in a connective and responsive childcare model; for me, this is understanding a child as a whole and complete individual, while recognizing and accommodating the unique needs that come with having a developing brain.
