As an extended family member, I can offer my extensive background in early childhood education and child development alongside my vast multi cultural experience working with young children and their family’s from birth to age ten. Helping support families has been my life’s work and deep passion.

Nanny for 4 children ages 1~6~8~10 years old
Responsible for helping children get ready for the day, eat a healthy breakfast, and arrive to school on time. Drove 6 year old to and from school as well as to and from after school activities.
Spent day time hours with the baby, providing engaging developmentally appropriate activities such as; art, building, exploring the outdoors, dress up, music, walks, and much more.
Helped around the house with light cleaning, dishes, laundry, and meal prep while the baby napped.
FLETCHER AND YONG FAMILIES -Truckee, California May 2017 – May 2019
Nanny Share for 2 children age 4 months old
Created nanny share schedule and contract between two families switching homes on a month to month basis. Helped families to set up appropriate spaces for sleep, play, and eating to accommodate two young infants' growing needs. Set daily rhythms in place for children with allocated play/story/and creative time.
Partnered with parents using the “baby wise” method of eat, wake, and sleep cycles to help set up nap time rhythms and encourage babies to sleep throughout the night. Adjusted schedules accordingly as babies grew and changed.
Used real time apps to track both babies eating, sleeping, diapering, and day time activities. Stayed in close communication throughout the day with updates and photos about the babies activities and developmental unfoldments.

Delivered engaging hands on curriculum to meet each child's development in a mixed age classroom of children ages three to six.. Held monthly parent education evenings. Participated in school festivals, committees, and events.
Created weekly agendas, facilitated meetings, provided mentoring and support for faculty. Attended weekly leadership meetings and communicated important information between the education and administrative realms.
