I worked in my hometown at Grace Fellowship Church as a childcare provider, being upgraded to a paid position in 2018. I primarily worked with kindergarten through fourth grade, but I also have experience with preschool and infants.
I love working with kids and helping them feel listened to. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard, respected, and loved. I think connections with children are so important and precious.
I enjoy finding out things that each child loves and learning about their personalities, and I think that is very important in establishing a relationship with them. Connecting on a personal and trusting level is essential.
