Aryn H.
My name is Emily, I have just moved to New Mexico all the way from England! I have six siblings along with eight nieces and nephews, my youngest niece is just 12 weeks old. I have one cat who is named Dashiell but we call him Dash for short. My husband is in the USAF and this is my first time away from home.
I have lots of experience with children of all ages from Newborn to 10 years old.
In my last job role at a day nursery, I was a room leader for children aged 0-2 years old. Whilst I was there, I provided an exceptionally high standard of physical, intellectual, emotional and social care for the children who attended. I planned and implemented lots of engaging and enriching activities. Which I have pictures of to show you if you wish to see as there is too many to name!
I got by first babysitting job 10 years ago, it was summer care for 3 children whilst their mother worked from the home office. Since then I have had several babysitting jobs for a variety of families and ages. Along with my day nursery jobs I have also been a nanny for 2 small children, they were 6 months and 2 and half when I started to work with them. I throughly enjoyed my time with them, we would do crafts, take walks, go to the zoo, lots and lots of messy play and I would take them to their Swimming lessons.
I love working with children because I enjoy watching them develop and learn. I am passionate about providing children with a homely, stimulating and holistic environment to enable them to reach their full potential. I enjoy coming up with and setting up new and exciting activities for the children to explore. I can help with homework and I love to play outside! I also enjoy going out and about a discovering somewhere new.
