My first job was working at Boys & Girls Club from supervised field trips to small group homework help. I don’t just sit and watch they play, I interact with kids by having fun getting to know them as a person. What are their likes and dislikes. The shy ones usually gravitate towards me more. After playing with them they began to trust, bond with me then we’re best friends at the end of the day. It’s great seeing kids be kids again.
