In 2006 I started working for my church daycare part time. In 2009 I got married and moved to GA where I worked part time as a K-3 teacher at a private Christian school. Our family moved back to NC in 2016 and I started working as the elementary director for our church. I have experience working with infants - 5th grade. My daughter is 11 and has an intellectual disability so that has also grown me in so many ways that just being an educator had not.
