Our unique garden-based preschool program combines hands-on learning with outdoor adventures. Children plant seeds, care for fruits, vegetables, flowers, and herbs, observe insects and wildlife, and discover where healthy food comes from. These daily experiences naturally build curiosity, responsibility, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for the environment.
Each day includes a balance of preschool learning, creative play, outdoor exploration, and meaningful social experiences. Our curriculum supports every area of development through:

I am an experienced caregiver with over 20 years of experience, and I am committed to providing the highest quality of childcare.
With my professional experience and certifications in Early Childhood Education, I'm highly accomplished in teaching both educational and intentional play activities designed to develop children's' psychological, emotional, behavioral, and social skills. I also have passion for gardening which I love to share my students.
At Wonders Daycare, our home daycare is designed for fun, discovery, and learning! Within the space, we have a backyard with a playground and pretend play, a seasonal fruit and vegetable garden, open water play, a designated nap area, and an indoor playground for rainy days. We strive to create a comfortable environment for all of our activities.
We are located in a quiet Escondido neighborhood just around the corner from a park and an elementary school. Our family-oriented neighborhood has convenient street parking.
