My name is Ms. Lana Cher and I would like to take this opportunity to introduce our daycare/preschool in Irvine, CA. Apparently it was obvious to everyone around me when growing up, that I would be in a profession centered around children. I was always naturally going to gravitate into a role which involved caring for children, and I get huge satisfaction from working with people in general, old or young. As much as my current role is to do with how much I love to care for children, there are other important aspects involved in my career path. It is not just communicating well with children that is a vital skill, but also how you communicate with the people that are most important to that child. As a child care provider you learn skills which enable you to help children to develop into happy and healthy little people. To be able to show parents how to develop their own confidence and skills to care for their children, and see them build the closest of connections must be one of the best feelings you can get as a provider. I chose teaching because even though I will be the teacher, the kids truly teach me how to become a better person. Teaching small children with such positive outlooks on life just makes you see that there is always good in life, even when it seems like everything's falling apart. I choose teaching because I honestly love it!
We live in a spacious blue and white house, where the daycare activity rooms are kept organized and clean for the little ones to learn and play in. We have natural sun light that pours into the main activity room and we also have a large backyard for fun outdoor play.
