What Makes Our In-Home Childcare Special
Our in-home childcare is built around providing safe, nurturing, personalized, and high-quality care for infants and young children, while giving families the flexibility they need to balance work, family, and busy schedules.
With over 20 years of experience in the childcare industry, I bring extensive knowledge, hands-on experience, and a genuine passion for caring for children. As a licensed childcare provider, I maintain the qualifications required to provide professional childcare and continue my education through ongoing training to stay current with childcare practices, safety standards, child development, and the changing needs of families.
One of the most important things that makes our childcare special is our low child-to-provider ratio, ranging from approximately 1:3. A smaller group allows me to provide more individualized attention, respond to each child’s needs, and create a calm and nurturing environment—especially important during the infant stage.
Specialized Infant Care
Infant care requires patience, knowledge, flexibility, and attention to detail. I have experience caring for:
* Breastfed babies and supporting families with their individual feeding routines
* Slow feeders who may need additional time, patience, and encouragement during feedings
* Infants at different developmental stages and milestones
* Babies with individual sleep, feeding, and daily routines
* The changing developmental and emotional needs of infants as they grow
I understand that every baby is different. My goal is to work closely with parents to maintain familiar routines and provide consistent, responsive care while helping each child reach important developmental milestones.
Convenience for Busy Families
I understand that today’s families often have demanding and changing schedules. That’s why I offer full-time, part-time, and drop-in childcare options, when availability permits, to provide families with greater flexibility.
My goal is to create childcare schedules that can work with the needs of busy families while still providing children with consistency, structure, love, and quality care.
Supporting Families
I strive to make childcare easier for parents by providing certain everyday essentials, including wipes and approved baby foods, helping families have one less thing to worry about.
I am also proud to serve and support military families, recognizing that military parents may have unique schedules, responsibilities, and childcare needs. Providing dependable and nurturing care for military families is an important part of what makes my childcare special.

My Childcare Background
With over 20 years of experience in the childcare industry, I have dedicated my career to providing children with safe, nurturing, and individualized care. I specialize in infant care and understand how important these early months and years are for a child’s development, comfort, and overall well-being.
Throughout my childcare career, I have had the privilege of owning and operating four licensed family child care homes, giving me extensive hands-on experience caring for infants and young children while working closely with families.
As a military family member and part of a retired military family, I have a personal understanding of the unique schedules and demands military families can experience. Serving military families is especially meaningful to me, and I strive to provide flexible childcare options for parents who may need care outside of traditional hours.
I offer non-traditional-hour care, date-night care, and drop-in care, in addition to part-time and full-time options when available. My goal is to help families find dependable, quality childcare that works with their schedules.

• CPR and First Aid certified
• Safe Sleep certified and committed to safe sleep practices
• Completed fingerprint/background clearance
• Ongoing education and professional development in the childcare industry
• Experience as a behavior specialist
• Extensive experience understanding and supporting children’s developmental milestones
As a mother of two boys, ages 16 and 10, I also understand firsthand the importance of finding a childcare provider who is trustworthy, attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in a child’s well-being.

Our in-home childcare is conveniently located in Casa Lagos Townhomes, a beautiful and well-maintained gated community designed with families in mind.
Families can enjoy the added sense of security of a gated community, with controlled entry and exit, while children benefit from a clean, peaceful, and welcoming environment. The community is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, well-kept grounds, and family-friendly parks, providing a pleasant setting for families and children.
Inside the townhome, I maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable childcare environment where families can feel confident bringing their little ones each day.
Easy Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Convenience is important for busy parents. My childcare location offers easy access to the building with no stairs, making drop-off and pick-up simple and stress-free—especially when parents are carrying an infant, car seat, diaper bag, or other belongings.
Parents can conveniently get in and out for drop-off and pick-up without having to navigate stairs or a complicated entry process.
