At Ardon Family Daycare, we believe in a play-based approach to learning. Play is a child's way of engaging and making sense of the world. Through play, children explore, learn, and understand their own interests. They learn to relate to one another, negotiate roles, share, and follow the rules. They also learn how to belong to a group, make friends, and be part of a team. Our space has been created with children's use in mind, and we actively choose materials and activities that foster curiosity.
I love kids, and that's my whole purpose of doing this. I've been running my daycare for six years. My past experience has been with my own children. After my son was born, I wanted to stay home and be with him.
Our home is welcoming and provides children with the comfort of home. As we greet your little ones at the start of each day, their excitement lights up the room. A place where children have sufficient space to stretch their bodies and minds. We maintain a clean and organized environment to encourage the children to foster good behaviors and creativity while feeling a high sense of comfortability.
We live in a very family-friendly area. Our neighborhood is walking distance from a middle school and elementary school. And very near a park called Thornburg Park. We are also close to the 105 freeway for easy access. We have plenty of parking; enough to drop off and pick up.
