I have been babysitting and working with children since I was 10 but started more full time at the age of 15 whenever I first started at the Headstart in Hobbs NM. I’m always recommended to babysit for coworkers children, family and friends. Whenever I worked at the Headstart I watched children from 1 month old-5 years old. Little kids are amazing! It’s amazing watching them grow and learn new things. I love the little stories they tell, how wonderful their little imaginations are and how they see the world. They bring a lot of positivity into someone’s life with their smile and laughter. It’s such a joy.
Well I was a teachers aide at the Child & Family services Headstart in Hobbs NM. Can provide a number if needed to talk to my old boss Patricia Evan’s who owns it. And also even though I don’t have a certificate specifically for it, I have worked with kids with special needs before. I even have a son whom is 6 years old and has autism.
