I’ve worked in childcare for over 4 years. I started when I was 16, and it’s honestly what I love to do! I’m also a mom, myself. In any situation, I ask myself “how would I like for a caregiver to respond to my child in this instance”. I know putting the care of the person(s) you love most, your children, is so hard.
