I worked my sophomore summer as a nanny for two kids that my moms friend needed help with. One child had cancer so i was responsible for giving him his medication and i would cook for them, play with them, take them to the park and more. Last summer i worked for the community daycare center here in Garden City which i loved. I worked from 12-6 every day in the summer and it was by far my favorite job. I assisted the lead teachers in nap time, snack time, activities and caring for babies , ages 1-2 and a half. I love children so much and love connecting with them.
