When I was a kid, growing up, I had to help take care of all my cousins since they were a new born. As I got older I helped with potty training and helped teach them important skills they needed to learn to help make sure they new what they needed to before going to preschool. With older kids I made sure to set some rules so that the house would stay clean and that they kept there rooms clean and that if a mess was made, they'd clean it up.
