Hello my name is Susana Rubio I would describe myself as patient, caring, and creative. I find great joy in working with children, as I have a deep passion for supporting their growth and learning. My journey with children began 16 years ago when I worked as a CNA caregiver for children with Autism and special needs. Later, as a Preschool Teacher, I discovered a strong appreciation for Montessori methods, which I favor as my teaching style, although I'm always open to adapting to each child's unique needs. In my free time, I cherish spending quality time with my children and husband. Above all, I am compassionate and dedicated to creating a nurturing environment. My strengths include patience, passion, creativity, and strong observational skills. I am currently in the process of opening my daycare and can provide care either in my daycare or in the child’s home.
I began my career as a CNA caregiver for children with Autism and special needs, and from there, I transitioned into the role of Preschool Teacher. I am also a certified Montessori teacher, which has further shaped my approach to supporting children's learning and development.
