Hello! I am a student here in Houston who has experience in childcare, tutoring, and housekeeping. I am currently a tutor trained and approved by HISD to tutor math, reading, and writing at elementary schools. I enjoy challenging children to use their critical thinking skills and expanding their hobbies and interests through engaging and fun tasks and adventures.
I spend two weeks of every summer backpacking in a state park. I love traveling and spending time outdoors. I am chairperson of Student Council at school and and President of my student class of 2023. I am an active member in my community and at school who interacts and and collaborates with local politicians and representatives.
I have experience caring for family members with special needs and autism. My father and his family have been teachers for over 20 years and my mother has been a RN for almost 30 years. It is in my nature to care and teach others in need of specialized attention.
I will receive my high school diploma in June of 2023.
