I have worked with kids for about 2 years. I learn their personality and likes very quickly. Will be able to communicate with them properly about school or working well with others. Will make sure they are watched and taken care of. Will follow the parents specific instructions if given a bed time, having time outdoor time, nap time (if the kid/s are on a sleeping schedule), etc. Also would not mind running any errands or making meals for the kids and family.
