Chastity Z.
My love for working and being around children must have started when I was just a kid myself because that is all I have ever wanted to do. Starting in highschool I became an intern at science museum, later hired as a part time staff member. There I was exposed to play, STEM education, and a never ending list of education/developmental appropriate activities (aka crafts, various forms of gloop and observation). While I'm no longer working there because of the pandemic, much of what I learned and was exposed to has stayed with me. I'm currently a third year student at the university of new Mexico completing my BA in Family and Child Studies. This semester I also am pleased to be volunteering at a homeless shelter for women and children where I typically lead craft activities and watch children of a variety of ages during important weekly meetings. I looking forward to meeting you and the little ones.
Currently in school for BA in family and child studies.
