I absolutely love kids; I have a 24year old daughter who is in college to become an orthodontist. Although, my daughter is in another state attending college, her friends always call me and check in with me. The reason I obtained my CDA was so my daughter could come to school with me while I taught Pre-K 3 & 4. I found that I absolutely loved teaching. I taught until my daughter was old enough to go to grade school and then I went to college to obtain my other degrees. Most of my old students still check in with me. I retired at a young age out of health care politics; out of all of the careers I held; working with children is my favorite. I've worked with children who had autism, ADD, ADHD, special needs, but I never saw them as having a disability. Every baby, toddler, kid, and teenager are different. I don't see disabilities; I see beautiful faces with beautiful minds. If you're anything like me, you worry about who is taking care of your child (children). I would love to join your family and help care for your little ones.
I have a Child Development Associate (CDA), a Bachelor's in Political Science, a Master's in Public Health, and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
