Hi! My name is Pursha, I’m 22 years old and my passion is music! I went to a Boys And Girls Club from 11 years old until 15 when I started working there as well and then left to start college at 19 years old. I’m currently going to Western Washington University for music performance. During my time at B&G, I was made in charge of every room. Gym, art, library, computer room, playroom, and prepared lunches for the kids during the summer. I always fit in wherever somebody needed me. I also volunteered quite often, sometimes even performing myself at fundraisers. My biggest strength while working there was making the kids feel safe, heard, and creative.
On the familial side, I am the oldest daughter of five kids and I assumed the role of second mother. This being said, I know how to cook, clean, and mediate arguments and tantrums.
