Hi there! Since I was thirteen years old, I have worked in the childcare industry. My name is Niyah Garner, and I have worked with children from the ages of 3-13 years old.
From the ages of 13-15 years old, I worked as a volunteer at two childcare centers, two summer camp programs, and as an assistant coach for a cheerleading squad. I worked as a camp counsellor for one of the Gwinnett County summer camp programs from the ages of 16 to 18; I designed and carried out all of the programs' activities and art projects.
For the kids I look after, I always make sure to create an environment that is both enjoyable and secure. Additionally, establish a space where kids can be themselves, have fun, and pick up new skills along the way. I am trustworthy, responsible, patient, and have excellent communication abilities.
