Hello Parents! A little bit about me, I am a student at the University of Pittsburgh studying biology to become a pediatrician. I am originally from California and have been working as a assistant teacher in Pittsburgh for almost 3 years in professional childcare centers. What makes me a great caregiver for children is my love for them. Not everyone has the temperament or the love to work with kids but I do. My total professional experience equates to about 5 years but I also cared for many of my cousins and siblings growing up back home. I work mainly with small children, (up to 8 years) but also have experience with adolescents and elementary aged children as well. I am more than comfortable changing diapers and preparing bottles, I can clean and cook, and am also able to help with homework.
