Kaleithia P.
Throughout my career path a self-motivated individual. I have the opportunity of empowering young minds by providing an early childhood setting that will promote social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth, that has been a rewarding experience. The experience included collaborating with parents, professionals and stakeholders in order to ensure quality, embrace diversity, and provide a differential curriculum that support all children. During the many years of supporting families while including them in leadership development, decision-making, program policy and school readiness that leads to empowering the lives of families and creating positive environments for children. Families are most important, therefore working as the Mental Health Coordinator, Lead Pre-K Teacher, and Secondary Educator has allowed me to also serve as the social services liaison. The needs of families are vastly different as it relates to health, cultures, ethnicity and backgrounds.
