I have been working professionally in childcare for the past 5 years. Before that I volunteered along with my mom at Holy Family Catholic Church in early childhood classrooms setting up crafts and activities for the children as well as supervising activities. I have worked in a variety of childcare settings from drop-in daycare centers, afterschool care, tutoring, babysitting and to this day I am a proud Pre K Teacher Assistant. I have experience in caring for children ages 6 weeks to 14 years of age. My strengths are in children 2 and up. I can assist in potty training. I would love to be a drop in babysitter of backup sitter for parents and families wanting any additional help in the evenings or for date night events. I can meal prep, bake, help prepare the children for nap time. I am great at setting up games, activities and crafts for the children. I can bring my own worksheets and coloring sheets and I am great at assisting in homework help. I also carry a variety of educational and kid friendly games as I have a child of my home that I am willing to share with the family as well. I will always ensure your children are safe and having a fun educational time.
I am currently a Prek Assistant Teacher.
I have CPR and First Aid Certification.
I have about 55 college credits some classes involving early childhood development.
