I just finished nannying for a family of 3 for the last 5 years. I have a 1 year old whom I like to take with me. I believe in books over tv and boardgames over video games. I like encouraging productive independence; getting excited about keeping a clean room or helping tidy around the house. Kids are capable of so much but as adults we sometimes forget how to properly communicate as a child. I enjoy finding common ground that serves as a great developmental launch pad that the whole family can work to grow from.
