Kelsi B.
Hello! I am Kenlie Chandler. I will be graduating from the University of Kentucky in May of 2022 and I am looking to start earning extra money to save for Graduate School. I have many years of experience in childcare: I have been babysitting since I was in middle school. My mother is an elementary school teacher so I have played the role as her assistant in the classroom as well. I love children. I love to cook and clean. I am very organized, loyal and reliable. I also hold myself to a very high set of standards and expectations. Additionally, I am willing to travel anywhere. I have a reliable car for transportation purposes if I ever needed to pick your child up or take them somewhere.
My goal is to make every child I encounter feel seen, appreciated, and safe. Empathy and kindness are the most important things in my life and those are qualities I translate into babysitting. I am a part time student, and I also work part time as a Gallery Assistant at the University of Kentucky Art Museum. As you can see I am very driven, but those hours are very flexible and I have a great deal of availability. Working at the Art Museum, I have also participated in Family Days, where we teach creative art activities to young children. Art and education are something I can help incorporate into your child's life as well. I am also willing to pay for any certificates that you would feel more comfortable for me having while working with your child. I have taken many nursing classes at the collegiate level, and I was previously CPR and First Aid certified.
My hope is that I can be of service to your situation in whatever way I can be.
If you've made it this far, thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you!
