I've been working with kids since my senior year of high school when I was given my first class to teach at my dance studio. Upon starting college, I studied for my Dance Pedagogy degree, a degree focused on the science of dance teaching. My classes focused on a lot of child psychology, helping me understand child development and cognitive abilities. I've worked as a full-time teacher for the past two years working with kids of all ages, and I've recently moved to Orlando to take up a professional dance job with Universal Orlando. Through my classes I have come to learn how to properly manage large groups of kids, inject whimsy and fun into every activity, and ensure that learning is always taking place.
