I have been working with children on and off most of my life! I babysat when I was in high school and college, as well as worked with some pre-k/ kindergarten classes (coming in to teach soccer a few times a week). I originally was focused on getting a degree in education, however found myself very disappointed with the structure of the schooling system and decided it wasn't for my career path. However, I still pursued a substitute teaching license so that I could still work with kids and aid our educators even if it is not my main income.
