Hi! My name is Kamilah and I am currently a sophomore at Elmhurst University studying to become a speech-language pathologist. I offer child care and household services and have extensive experience working with infants, toddlers, and school-aged children through babysitting, preschool, summer camp, before- and after-school programs, and coaching. I have also provided long-term care for a child from 3 months old until about 2 years old, and I enjoy engaging kids in play, crafts, activities, homework help, and creating a safe, supportive environment. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at an ABA clinic, supporting children’s communication, learning, and development, and I previously coached at KidStrong with children ages 1–11. I am Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certified for infants, children, and adults, and I am dependable, patient, and caring. I value building strong relationships with families and ensuring both children and parents feel comfortable with me. I also love dogs and am happy to work in homes with pets.
