I’ve been caring for children 10+ years, starting out with my own sibling. I grew up on military bases and took advantage of an opportunity: caring and nurturing children who needed extra support while spouses were on deployment. I’ve been a legal guardian for a year, babysitter, transporter, a nanny and just someone to watch the kids for an hour while mom goes for her weekly run. I’ve done full time nanny duties and overnight stays. I’ve got to work with small families, big families and special needs families.
