What made me want to became a caregiver is because.. I been a CNA since I was 16. I’ve always worked in nursing homes/rehab centers/ Daycare up until I was 22. I just enjoy helping others/ kids..I get less exhausted being a caregiver. I’m solely just caring and getting my undivided attention and I love kids and most of all one of my main is “intentional teaching” Intentional teaching involves planning and executing educational activities with clear and specific objectives it focuses on achieving specific learning outcomes through targeted interaction this approach blends play with purposeful instruction etc!!!!
