I have a lot of experience in childcare, I have been taking care of children since the age of 14 from all ages newborn- 10 year old, I have even been a fulltime nanny to a child with down syndrome, though it was all for family and friends I can say that experience is experience and i have plenty of it. I believe children learn best in a supportive, play-based learning environment where they are encouraged to take initiative, trust others, be creative, feel autonomous, and appreciate individual diversity.
