I have a brother born with down syndrome who's 13 years old. I was 9 whenever he was born and so I had to put myself in a place where I had to be the second parent because my dad would go out of town to work and so it was only us 3. I've learned so much from him and it's given me the motivation to get my bachelors degree in teaching.
