I have a lot of experience working with and caring for kids, but before returning to California from Missouri, I was studying early childhood development. I gained a lot of knowledge about conscious discipline when working with toddlers and preschoolers, as well as insights into what actually goes through a child's head in various scenarios and how to teach them to react differently. Sadly, I don't have any siblings, just lots of little cousins. As a child, I was frequently requested to watch my cousins, and we always had a great time.
