In my 4 years of working professionally with children I enjoyed it a lot. I love to see their progress and growth development. Since a young age I have always worked with children, I was the oldest of my grandmother grandchildren so I was responsible for my younger cousins etc. it became a passion of mine to help out as much as I can. I later than became a preschool assistant teacher. Here are some of the responsibilities I had while working in the school.
Led classroom activities for children 2-6yrs olds.
Assisted children with potty training, safety rules and cleaning.
Read at story time.
Provided extra attention and comfortability to special needs children. ( nap time , lunch time , calming down during melt down. )
Taught basic skills such as shapes, colors, numbers, alphabet, and writing.
Assisted with early literacy.
