Hey Heyyy! My name is Arlayshia Copeland also known as Ms. Copeland or Ms.Lay!! It is with great pleasure to share with you all that I have been working with children since the age of 13. Throughout my career journey I have gained knowledgeable experiences in childcare as well the public school systems.As of May of 2024, I graduated with my Associates in Early Childhood and have been led to be apart of my church youth ministry. As an aspiring child care provider , I believe that children are our future and they matter!! So if I can be a positive mentor, and can make a difference towards something great ,I do what I do out of love and confidence!
