While I don’t have formal childcare experience, I have volunteered in multiple spaces with children specifically children with trauma so I have a background in working closely with kids. I am more than used to helping the kids with their homework, exploring extracurriculares and interests, and having patience to work through anything with them. I am a college athlete so I am physically more than capable of keeping up with kids in a play setting. I have the leadership ability to be a guiding voice to the kids while also connecting and compromising with them. I have 24/7 access to a car. While I will have to navigate a college student athlete schedule, this task should be more than manageable.
