I have watched and been around kids most of my life. I was a respite care giver for the foster system for a long time and have learned alot about helping children to flourish and prosper in good and healthy ways. I also have my own child. I love kids and seeing them be successful and having fun. I take their development and safety VERY seriously and any kind of incident that may occur like scrapping knee while outside or anything else that may happen from kids just being kids will be documented so the parents on in full swing of what happened why it happened and fully have communication everyday.
