I think the most rewarding part about caring for children is fostering relationships with them and their families. I really cherish the moments where I can help families support a child's growth and become an integral part of their development. I used to be a teachers assistant for my elementary schools first grade class and it was the best experience I had ever had. I loved being able to work with the children everyday. As a young kid growing up was hard for me in the education system. I want to be able to make that easier, not only for the child but, for the parent/s as well.
