What is the BOOST program?

Upwards' BOOST program is designed to help low- to moderate-income (LMI) home daycare owners realize the potential of their small business. We've partnered with key municipalities across the nation to provide our entire suite of products and services free of charge. Your qualification in the program will be determined by your income and where you do business.

How do I know if I qualify?

After submitting your application, we will contact you within a few days to provide you with a decision. Your Dedicated Care Coach will be your point of contact throughout the entire process.

Do I have to become an Upwards partner to participate in BOOST?

In order to get the full suite of Upwards' service, you will become an Upwards partner for the duration of the BOOST program year. After the program concludes, you are free to end or continue with our services.

What are the qualifications?

Eligible family childcare providers meet the following criteria: They are licensed to provide childcare services, own a home daycare in a partnering municipality, and earn low to moderate (LMI) wages dependent on the area. Other qualifications may be assessed during review of your application.

If I don't qualify, can I still join Upwards?

Yes! We're always accepting more providers to our community. By submitting your application, you'll also be considered for a traditional Upwards partnership.
