The position is a W-2 childcare position located in our home on Joint Base Lewis McChord that pays $2165 a month for up to 130 hours of care. Benefits include 3.25 hours of PTO earned per month, flexible scheduling, where possible, and taxes paid, including unemployment and PFML premiums. Hours are mostly weekdays, but are flexible depending on work/military duty needs. Unless an emergency arises, they will be scheduled in advance. Partial payment will come from subsidy funds and remaining amount will be paid by family (minus taxes). Contract agreement will be negotiated prior to hire.
